Kassidy Angelo ’19, Director at Gioia Hospitality, is part of a team opening Daniel's, A Florida Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale.
Lindsey Dresbach ’11 earned two awards recently for her work on two films. She earned “Best Supporting Actress” at the 40th Boston Film Festival for her role as Alaina Brennan in the film Max Dagan and "Best Actress" for the short film “SHE” at the Wreak Havoc Horror Film Festival.
Danny Glass ’09 received the “Best Booth Design” award for Spectrum Miami 2024 during Miami Art Week. The award was based on the booth design and the paintings in the exhibit.
Josh Aronson ’12 was commissioned by the city of Miami Beach to transform a historic hotel into a site for art. Josh credits Pine Crest for nurturing his love of art that helped him become the artist he is today.

Frank Sobchak ’88 has published a new, "Training for Victory: US Special Forces Operations from El Salvador to Afghanistan." The book covers the secretive U.S. Army's Green Berets' efforts to build foreign militaries over the last twenty years.

Jorge Perez ’07 was on campus recently! Jorge is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Asset Dash, a consumer fintech company. Jorge was especially interested in learning more about the computer science, technology and entrepreneurship clubs and classes on campus.
Mona Kobishop ’83 visited campus on a trip to Florida from Denver, Colorado. Of her couple of hours on campus, Mona said, "It was great to see how the old traditions were intertwined with new. I loved it!"

Stuart Friedel ’04, wife Christy and daughter Teddy are thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter/little sister, Casper Colette Friedel born in Ocotber 2024.
