Professional Achievements: 

Dr. Vincent DeGennaro ’98 runs a breast cancer treatment program in Port-au-Prince with the organization Innovating Health International. Since 2013, the program has treated over 800 women with breast cancer and over 2000 with all types of cancer. 

 

 

 




Lieutenant Colonel Jesse Rosenbaum ’96 is completing a two year appointment as Professor of Aerospace Studies at UC Berkeley, commanding the nation's oldest AFROTC program and teaching courses in leadership, innovation, and national security.








Jordyn Elliott ’16 was named the University of California, Berkeley Athletic Study Center's Scholar-Athlete of The Week!  Jordyn is in her junior year majoring in Business Administration, with a minor in African American Studies. 

 

 

Steven Chervony ’15 was featured by GolfWeek. Steven is a student-athlete and Economics major in his senior year at University of Texas in Austin.  

 

 

Alexis Kesselman ’15 released a new song, Talk About Myself. Alexis is a singer/songwriter at the University of Miami. Listen to Talk About Myself on Spotify.


 

  

 

Madison Berger ’11 was selected to be part of a group of veterinary students to assist the veterinarians during  The World Equestrian Games. Madison will graduate veterinary school this May and will begin her career as an equine veterinarian at Ocala Equine Hospital.

Kyle Fitzsimmons ’13, back row third from the left, is one of the members of The Deerfield Beach Bulldogs Destroyers, a unified partner club basketball team that competes in the Special Olympics. Read more about the team and Kyle's work with them.

 

 

David Abrams ’76 joined NYU's Tisch Institute for Global Sport in 2015 as a full time faculty member teaching finance and stadium development. In 2016, he also joined Inner Circle Sports in New York City to advise in the development of real estate associated with sports teams.

Baby News:

Rachel (Quigley) Gerli ’05 and her husband Bennett Gerli (son of Tiggie O'Boyle 69) welcomed their first child, Tate Anderson Gerli on August 16, 2018. They currently live in Westchester, New York and look forward to connecting Tate with other baby Panthers at the next reunion! 

 

 
In Memoriam:

Beloved faculty member of thirty years, James Lansdale  passed away peacefully on October 24, 2018, after a courageous 22-year battle with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
