Professional Achievements: 

New Pine Crest School Trustee Ronnie Haligman ’85 was named President of Zimmerman Advertising. 

 

 

 





Valerie Novakoff ’11 earned a Tony Award as the Associate Producer for "Once on This Island." The show received the award for Best Revival of a Musical.








John Decker ’14 was named NEWMAC's Track Athlete of the Week this past April, and Babson College's Male Athlete of the Class of 2018

 

 

Laura Regensdorf ’02 was interviewed by Monogram, which was co-founded by alumnus Jeff Halmos ’98

 

 

 


 

Lance Oppenheim ’14 had his film "The Happiest Guy in the World" shown at the Tribeca Film Festival. 

 

  

 

Amanda Gibson ’17 had original artwork featured in three galleries this summer.  








 

Dr. George Caldwell ’80 presented original research on opioid use to the Florida Orthopedic Society in June 2018.

 

 

 



Emily Bufferd ’07  produced The Young Choreographer's Festival, that took place on Friday, June 22 at Symphony Space in New York City.  

 

 

 

 

 

Scott Singer ’94 became the 35th Mayor of Boca Raton on April 27, 2018, acceding to the role as the former Deputy Mayor to fill a vacancy. He is running in the August 28 special election to retain his seat as Mayor. 


 

Sara Rosenberg ’09 graduated first in her class from Harvard School of Dental Medicine on May 24, 2018.

Mr.  Juan Solloso and Mrs. Cristina Solloso were on campus recently! Mr. Solloso was a teacher at Pine Crest for 28 years, and Mrs. Solloso was an administrator for 31, talk about Panther Pride!
