Sterling Champion ’08 launched
The SHE Mark, a social enterprise that is working to reach economic gender parity by making it easier to identify and support women-led businesses using a suite of certification marks: SHEruns, SHEmakes, and SHEowns. Since launching, The SHE Mark has certified a growing list of companies around the world and across industries. In fact, their first ever certified company was bakebars, founded by a fellow Pine Crest alumna,

Every year, the greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce recognizes investors for their roles as community and business leaders. Walter Banks ’61 is this year's recipient of the Terry Stiles South Florida Business Leader Award.

Franco Ripple ’01 joined BCW Global, the world's third-largest communications agency, as Vice President in their Direct Impact public affairs practice. He will work on grassroots corporate communications campaigns for some of the world's biggest companies.

In Memoriam
Emmeke (Kuijpers) Mansour ’82 passed away on December 19, 2021 after a long and brave fight with breast cancer. Emma is survived by her sister, Miranda Kuijpers ’80, and her four children.
Esther (Ramos) Martin ’59 passed away on November 7, 2021.
Omar Brown ’09 passed away on January 4, 2022. He was living in New Hampshire and was a beloved teacher at St. Paul's School. He is survived by his wife Jessica Brown. Read a tribute to him from St. Paul's School.
