Three Pine Crest Students Receive 2021 Pinnacle Awards

Three Pine Crest students received 2021 Broward County Non-Public School Association Pinnacle Awards for their exemplary character and for setting an example for other students to follow.

Pinnacle Awardees excel in one or more of the following areas: academics, community service, citizenship, fine arts, athletics, student activities, perseverance, effort, dedication, commitment to positive goals, improvement in performance, and attitude. Congratulations to this year’s Pine Crest recipients:

Kelly Dunne ’22 was selected for setting an example for others to follow and for demonstrating effort, dedication, and perseverance. Upper School administrators and faculty note that Kelly has a positive influence on students through his day-to-day interactions and PCTV broadcasting work. His can-do attitude and sense of humor shine through in all that he does.

Asha Gandreti ’25 was selected for excelling in academics and community service. She sets an example for her fellow Middle School students through her kindness and commitment to doing the right thing. Her compassion for others and dedication to her work are commendable.

Sasha Olsen ’28 was selected for demonstrating academic excellence, citizenship, and service to our community. Sasha sets an example for the Lower School community through her positive attitude and creative “Legends from Mom’s Closet” segment on PCAM. Her teachers noted that her work ethic and enthusiasm are outstanding.
